Welcome to my Blog

Hello there. I am Isabella Island. I have been playing solo and in bands for years now and have finally been asked to record an EP with the ironically titled label 'Profits Before People'.

I had my second session in the studio today and so far, have recorded a flute riff (to a piano based song I am writing), put down the guitar, violin and vocal tracks on for a song called 'Grieve' and have had a play with some synths resulting in a spooky film score-type piece of music. It's all a bit experimental at the monent but I'm enjoying it.

More fun in the studio tomorrow and will hopefully have a taster up here soon.
